TDP and TRS were on tuesday involved in a war of words over the issue of sharing electricity between two states.

Taking Exception of AndhraPradesh Chief minister N Chandra Babu Naidu seeking that Telangana stop generation of power at the srisailan plant the ruling TRS leaders and activities held protests at different places in the state.



TRS MLCs and other leaders held a protest in Hyderabad while the TDP office was allegedly attack by TRS activists in Nalgonda District

Naidu's stance that Telangana stop power generation adds to the existing shortage of poweer in Telangana state FInance Minister and TRS Leader E Rajender Alleged.

Dismiss TRS allegations Naidu said in Vijayawada that continued power generation at Srisailam plant would lead to problem for drinking water in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh

He wondered why TRS targeted him though he was ready to provide 300MW of power to Telangana
