Earlier know that Pawan Kalyan's back pain has been decreased after a minor surgery done in Bangalore. Sources say that it is just a temporary remedy to the pain and Power Star is yet to undergo a major surgery. 

 Pawan Kalyan is going to enquirer about the best surgeons across the globe and decided to go to Australia shortly. Pawan trying for treatment without any surgery, but the doctors advised for a surgery to get rid of the pain permanently. 


After Gopala Gopala shoot Pawan Kalyan is planning to leave to Australia,He start his next film Gabbar Singh 2 after recovering from the surgery.
